Jordan Brand continues to expand its lineup of retro sneakers, with the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 3 ‘Seoul 2.0’, a refreshed version of the much-loved original from 2018. The original ‘Seoul’ edition, designed by Tinker Hatfield and Dan Sunwoo, celebrated the 1988 Olympic Games in South Korea and quickly became a collector’s item due to its limited availability, initially only released in Korea. This new iteration maintains essential elements like the white leather upper, royal blue accents, and red inner lining, while introducing modern updates such as suede elephant print panels and an aged midsole that contrasts with a cement grey outsole. Although it’s currently unclear if the original’s Korean embroidery detail will return, sneaker enthusiasts are eager for the wider release slated for May 15th, 2025. With a retail price set at $200, this shoe carries significant heritage and innovation, making it a must-have for both fans of the brand and sneaker collectors alike.
