Late in 2024, Nike reissued the Clogposite, a simple slip-on version of their Flightposite silhouette from the 1990s. With the retro run in full swing, new colors like this ‘Dusty Cactus’ brown pair have emerged, coming this Summer. With Spring already here and Summer approaching, sneaker brands are shifting away from Fall/Winter palettes, introducing simpler and more comfortable styles for sunnier days. The Clogposite has been a particular highlight in Nike’s retro lineup, which first reappeared late last year and is set to release in a variety of vibrant colors including this ‘Dusty Cactus’ edition. The sneaker features a color-shifting blend of ‘Dusty Cactus’ blue alongside ‘Persian Violet’, a purple hue that complements the metallic upper beautifully. Nike continues to leverage current trends, and this shoe is a great example as it expands upon the successful use of ‘Dusty Cactus’ seen in prior releases like the Air Max 1s and Dunks. As per the latest updates, this next iteration of the Clogposite is expected to be available via the SNKRS app and select retailers this Summer.
