Nike is celebrating the Air Max 95’s thirtieth anniversary this year with a slew of new styles, including an exciting new colorway known as the “Reverse Neon.” Recently unveiled during the Air Max Day event, this shoe showcases a unique design inspired by early sketches from the original designer, Sergio Lozano. The Air Max 95 has always been known for its distinctive wavy layers symbolizing human anatomy, and this new iteration flips the traditional color blocking. Instead of having dark colors at the bottom and lighter shades at the top, the “Reverse Neon” features white layers at the base that transition to dark grey at the top. With the impending anniversary in 2025, sneaker enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating a limited release later this year. This model follows in the proud lineage of the Air Max 95, which has seen numerous remastered editions and collaborations lately, further fueling interest in both the brand and this iconic style.
