Supreme and Nike SB have a long history of collaborating on sneaker releases, and their latest joint effort is no exception. The highly anticipated Nike Air Darwin Low is set to receive the Supreme treatment, according to exclusive first-look images from industry insiders.

In line with Supreme’s recent success in redesigning the iconic Air Jordan 4 “Pine Green” for skateboarding, the New York-based brand has completely revamped the Air Darwin Low for its 30th anniversary in 2024. Gone is the once full-grain leather upper, replaced by a durable and skate-friendly textile that dominates the low-top silhouette. The original rope laces and pull tabs from the 1984 design make a comeback, while a chunky rubber sole ensures optimal traction on the board.

This collaborative release will feature four colorways: “Black,” “Khaki,” “Volt,” and the standout “Sail.” The “Sail” version boasts bright “Polar Blue” accents that bring a vibrant pop to the design, contrasting with the pitch-dark outsole, heel tab, and inner lining. Rumor has it that the light blue-accented pair will be extremely limited, with only 6,500 units available.

While sneakerheads eagerly await the release of the Supreme x Nike SB Air Darwin Low collection in Spring/Summer 2024, we can savor the first-look imagery of the “Sail” colorway below.
