This season, adidas is ramping up their releases of the Aruku, a new runner from the Three Stripes characterized by aggressive styling and a chunky midsole. First introduced in Fall 2024, the Aruku’s name comes from the Japanese verb ‘to walk,’ positioning it as a casual, everyday wear offering. The model features a rocker-shaped midsole that enhances propulsion and is equipped with SwirlFoam cushioning, delivering comfort during movement.
The attention-grabbing silhouette is further emphasized by a layered upper. Recently, adidas has expanded its color offerings for the Aruku, showcasing a premium edition that replaces some synthetic materials with a soft suede outer shell. The upgraded Aruku PRM will launch in two colorways: Carbon Black and Off-White, maintaining elements like taped paneling and multiple mesh layers.
Scheduled for a Spring 2025 release, both colorways are priced at $140 and will be available through adidas and select retailers. This exciting development not only reinforces the brand’s commitment to innovation but also ties back to previous releases where comfort meets stylish aesthetics, marking a significant addition to the adidas lineup.
