Converse is set to release an upgraded version of the classic All Star Ox and All Star Hi, both with a waterproof and breathable design ideal for wet conditions. The shoes feature tonal dark taupe uppers crafted from a specialized material that provides enhanced protection against rain while maintaining comfort. The All Star Hi retains the iconic circular stamp at the ankle, whereas the Ox style showcases the classic tongue tag. Both models include Converse’s REACT2.0 insoles, a rubber heel plate, and special ‘Waterproof & Breathable’ branding beneath the tongue. They are mounted on a white midsole with a speckled dark taupe outsole, complemented by pristine white laces. This release continues Converse’s tradition of innovation in combining style with functional upgrades, similar to previous releases like the All Star Chuck 70 series, which also introduced weather-resistant options. Fans of the brand can expect these shoes to be available starting January 28.
